I hadn’t spotted this before (and it’s been there a while). There’s PHP on Windows training kit download on ms.com/downloads that has some great content including migrating PHP apps to IIS, troubleshooting and also taking advantage of the unique media capabilities in IIS from PHP. There’s SQL Server content on there too; Reporting Services and Geo-Spatial as well as the essential getting started with PHP and SQL Server.
